Apologies to anyone affected by the mishap at the weekend with the wrong first names being linked to people's accounts, this was a mapping error in the various spreadsheets from MindBody. This has been corrected and all existing packages and bookings have now been transferred across. Please check that your account is correct and flag any issues to us asap before we lose access to Mindbody next month.
The good news is that everything is now up and running so that you can now book in to classes and appointments via the pages on our website.
The iphone app is available (Ribbon experiences) and the android one is coming as soon as Google authorise it.
We welcome feedback on the new system, the new company is very responsive and can often implement features that we request, so let us know what is and isn't working for you. They are doing developments to their system all the time to add new features to improve the service to you.
