Flexible ribs for easy breathing and a calm mind

This weeks workshop, Flexible ribs for easy breathing, is an exploration into how the lungs the diaphragm and the ribs all work together. We will look at the anatomy, some exercises and embodiments to  improve all of these functions. This will create a calm mind,  relaxed bod,  improved posture and very easy efficient breathing.

Come and join us live on Zoom on Saturday 13th at 10.30am or book in and you will be sent the REPLAY to watch it at your leisure.  Everyone will get access to the replay for three months!
