In light of the rising cases of the corona virus in the country we thought we should let you know what we are doing at Headingley Pilates to help prevent the spread of infection.
We ask that everyone who comes to the Studio makes sure to carefully wash their hands before joining a class. The thorough handwashing technique is shown in this NHS video. We also have some hand sanitiser available and it is currently available on every landing in the Building.
If you feel unwell then PLEASE do not come to the studio. Please be over cautious with your own health. We will not charge you at this time if you wake up poorly and need to cancel on the day. So it would help us greatly if you could please book in advance if you are intending to come to a class as this will help us to plan.

We’d like to reassure you that if the need arises we will close the studio. But until the advice is to lock down, we will continue as we are and we will put every possible precaution that we can in place.
