Now that we have transferred over to our new system, Ribbon, we will soon lose access to Mind Body and any information stored there. As far as we are aware we have transferred over everyone's valid credits and blocks and bookings so NOW is the time to check that you have what you expected in Ribbon whilst we can still verify. Please ACT NOW, we lose access on October 8th. PLEASE CHECK on the new system and if anything doesn't look right in the please email us with the details so we can look into it and verify.
Now that we have transferred, you can book in for both classes and appointments via our website. Appointment booking in particular already works much better than it ever did for customers booking themselves so why not give it a try. Simply click on Book a 121 and the page shown above will load, select the service you want and the instructor and then you will see their diary and be able to book into available times. We are still available if you need assistance but one of the reasons for moving to the new system in addition to the Zoom integration and Video Library was to make everything work more smoothly as self-service.
