Ever wondered about the machines at the end of the room when you come for Somatics or Mat Classes? Well this is your opportunity to discover the delights of the Reformer. Working against springs out of gravity helps to realign and strengthen your muscles and you feel better very quickly as a result.
This class will introduce you to the Reformer and how it works, providing a free orientation which will mean you can then join future Reformer classes without the need for a prior individual orientation (which would have costed you £25).
We anticipate high demand for this class so please book online on Mindbody soon to ensure that you get a space. The class is only open to those who have not previously attended a Reformer class at the Studio.
