It's a good idea to set up your home studio environment before joining class:
Check your phone/lap top/tablet is plugged in or fully charged. Notifications on silent. Download the Zoom app in advance if required.
Check where to place the device so that the instructor has the clearest possible view of you without glare from lights or windows behind you. It is usually better to be side on to the camera unless instructed otherwise.
Put the volume on high or connect to a speaker.
Get your equipment out and to hand so a mat or towel to lie on, Oov if you have one and any balls that you have.

Please remember that you still need to book into classes on MBO in advance as places are limited to ensure we can retain the quality that you have come to expect from us. You can still use your existing mat blocks and please be reassured that all expiry dates can be extended until further notice so you won't lose out.
Some of you have kindly asked what you can do to support us as a small business. We would really appreciate if you could buy a block of ten sessions as buying these blocks will ensure that we have enough cashflow to stay afloat in these difficult times. These expiry dates can also be extended.
Out timetable is still subject to change each week at the moment, we will be trying to run classes in their usual timeslots as far as possible but keep checking online. Bear with us as we all have to adapt to these changes and the new technology.
