Happy New Year from all of us at the Studio. We have lots of exciting things planned for this year. With our retreat in Cumbria coming up shortly, we have decided to organise more retreats; day, weekend and a 5 day retreat in a beautiful purpose built retreat venue in Spain in October. Free Reformer Orientations and Tasters
Ever wondered about the machines at the end of the room when you come for Somatics or Mat Classes? Well this is your opportunity to discover the delights of the Reformer. Working against springs out of gravity helps to realign and strengthen your muscles and you feel better very quickly as a result.We have just held our first successful group orientation. Chair Yoga course at the Studio
Wed 6th Feb 3.30pm for 6 weeks
6 classes for only £49!

A course of Chair Yoga classes brought to you by our very own Yin Yoga teacher Mel Hibbert. A combination of seated and standing movement using the support of a chair - May be suitable for those with limited mobility, people who struggle to get down on to a mat, anyone who struggles with balance or people wanting to to ease their way in to movement before trying out mat classes. Flexibility and / or previous Yoga experience not necessary. Classes will include plenty of time to warm-up, seated and standing (optional) movement with the support of a chair, breathwork, short meditation practices and relaxation. All warmly welcomed. Please note that this course has been approved by the council in their ‘prevent falls’ campaign.

New Year, New Springs!

Our Christmas present to you is a brand new set of springs on the reformers and an extra set for the Trapeze tables! So you may have noticed a very slight increase in resistance on our Reformers.

Xmas Fundraising for Wheatfields Hospice
