For now we are still open and running classes when we can. So do please check that your class is running and please book in advance so that we can plan which classes to run.
I hope that you will all join me in your home for live online classes that I will be setting up next week. There will be a mixture of Somatics, Mat and I will do a specific Oov class for anyone that has an Oov at home or you could rent one from us if the Studio has to close at any point.
Online classes and how it will work
You will be able to book as usual on MBO but there will be limited spaces available. I will be able to see you and you’ll see me and we’ll all be able to hear each other!!! Just like being in a class (well as close as possible!)
It will be fun, uplifting & will unite us all by bringing us out of our isolation for an hour!
I will have to charge though,as my business still has the same rent and overheads and to ensure that there will still be a Studio to come back to, when this is chaos is over. I really appreciate all your support and loyalty during this tricky uncertain time. Keep an eye out for some possible outdoor movement classes too!
We will be using Zoom online meetings. Download the Zoom app now for your phone or tablet from the App Store or Google play store or you can follow this link to get the client for Windows or Mac.You will then be ready when we send a link to follow for your class with a password if required.
If for some reason the studio is to close down due to lockdown, then I would like to offer some of you the opportunity to borrow a larger piece of equipment during this time such as a reformer. I can deliver the reformers if someone is available to help.

Let’s hope things calm down and we can all use this time as an opportunity to try new things and slow down a bit, but in the meantime stay well, stay active and keep positive.
