In line with government guidelines we are formulating a tentative plan to re-open the Studio in September, when the schools go back (week commencing 7th September).
We will still continue with our online classes: more on that later.
Our priority is to keep you safe and our staff safe so various changes will need to take place as we negotiate using corridors with other Medical Centre staff and patients. Please rest assured that we will take all necessary precautions regarding PPE and physical distancing whilst exercising.
At the moment, fingers crossed, we plan to do a reduced number of Reformer classes, Gyms and 121s only. All Somatics & Oov classes will remain online. Please keep a close eye on our newsletters, as we work out the details and see how the guidelines change throughout August.
You can book in from next week to our basic timetable. We will add more classes to the timetable as we settle in to what our new normal looks like.
We will aim to keep the class times as similar as possible, but class sizes are reduced so book early to secure your place. Here is a photo of your new personal Reformer station. A list of what to bring and the procedure for entering and exiting will be sent to you nearer the time.

August classes
We will continue with online classes throughout the summer but there will be a reduced timetable.
Firstly some time off for Kath week commencing 3rd August for a week. Then in August only- a reduced timetable of:
Monday Oov 9.30am
Tuesday 8.30pm Somatics
Wednesday 8.30pm Oov
Gaynor 2 weeks off commnecing 3rd August
Then back to Wednesdays as usual from the 19th August
Ian 2 weeks off week commencing 17th August
You can still attend other classes with a different teacher
