Spring is in the air and we have lots more exciting things happening in and out of the Studio. We are just back from our very successful retreat held in the beautiful surroundings of the Lake District and the very comfortable Yewfield Vegetarian Guest House. New Reformer Class Tuesdays 7.30pm

We are aware of the growing demand for evening Reformer classes in the Studio. In order to respond to Customer demand, we have changed the Tuesday 7.30pm class to a new additional Reformer class with immediate effect, please book online as usual. We welcome further feedback and will strive to meet our clients needs.

Pilates retreat in Spain

Our next retreat will take place near Malaga from Fri 11th to Tues 15th October. The cost will be 4 nights for £599 all inclusive except flights and transfers. It will take place at the Palms Spain Retreat Centre located 20 minutes form Malaga airport in a country location with mountain views and nestled between the Spanish towns of Alhaurin el Grande and Alhaurin de la Torre. They have 10 generous sized and recently renovated guest rooms, all ensuite with complimentary air conditioning and WiFi. The Palms has an indoor heated studio space and an outdoor yoga shala, perfect for Pilates and Meditation practise. Healthy food and fresh juices, a salt water pool and plenty of space to read, relax and enjoy the sunshine!
