Congratulations to Jenny who is going on maternity leave from the end of June. We are very lucky to have tempted Leona to come back to teach for us again and take over Jenny's Wednesday night classes.
We wish Jenny the very best as she prepares to be a mum of 3. She's expecting a gorgeous wee boy to join her 2 lovely girls.

"I have always had a passion for working with people. I qualified as a registered nurse in 1995. After many years on the wards, the physical side of the job began to take its toll on my back and lower back pain began to blight my day to day life, particularly after I had had my children. This is when I found Pilates, a movement class that made me feel good, helped me manage my pain, realigning my posture to eventually alleviate my pain completely. From being a class participant and experiencing the benefits first hand, I decided to train as a Pilates teacher so I could pass on the great movement methods to others with or without physical ailments. I qualified as a Pilates mat teacher in 2012 before going on to specialise in Pre and Post Natal Pilates and Reformer Pilates. The Oov has captivated me since its release and I have really enjoyed integrating it into my Pilates practice and I am excited to be adding this piece of equipment to my teaching repertoire.
I have a passion for unravelling postural imbalances and helping people to move better and feel freer. I am looking forward to sharing my passion for Pilates as I join Kath and the team at Headingly Pilates."
