By now you will be well underway with the membership system for our online classes, we hope you are finding it easy to use & enjoyable?!
In case of troubleshooting, please see the FAQs below:
1. Do I need to book myself into classes?
Yes, in order to access the live class or to get the recording, book yourself into your chosen class each week.
2. I want to attend the same class every week, do I still need to book?
No, just let us know by email to headingleypilates@gmail.com which class you wish to attend and we can make the repeat booking for you.
3. I am trying to book a class and it says I have run out of credits what do I need to do?
Your membership has a counter which tracks how many classes you are attending each month, in order to book for the following month you need to wait for the counter to reset at your membership renewal date, ie do nothing then you can book 4 weeks ahead.
4. how do I access the live zoom class?
you should receive an email beforehand BUT if you don’t you can sign in to Momence & click on the link provided.
5. Do I get the recording automatically?
yes if you are booked in, you will automatically be emailed the recording!
