News for 2022
At Headingley Pilates we love to do the best job we can, to educate you how the body works and to enable you to move easier, & to feel so much better in your body.
We have listened to your feedback and have made a few changes for 2022. (But we are always very grateful for any other feedback you may have, positive or how we could do things better)
So you have asked for the flexibility to do both online and in studio classes.
So announcing our very new…
Hybrid classes
That’s online & face to face at the same time! But that’s impossible I hear you cry!!!
From January we will be allowing up to 6 people to come into the studio at the same time as the classes are being live streamed. Having a maximum of six means we can still maintain a safe as possible physical distance, observing Covid safe protocols. So each week you can choose to do one or the other, We just ask you to book your in-person place in advance, as spaces are limited..
For the moment, while we trial this new way of working, the price will remain the same for both.
Free YouTube shorties
The 2nd response to your requests is for shorter recordings, so our Christmas pressie to you, is some free shorter YouTube videos (on our channel) to enjoy over the festive period. Click on the link below or find them from our website where there is a link at the top of the video library page.

Ribbon change of name to Momence
Just so that you are aware, Ribbon have just announced that they have changed their name to Momence! No action is required on your end. The only thing that changes on that front is the domain: the new domain is momence.com, and any old links will automatically redirect to it.
Price rise
Finally and regrettably we will be raising our prices for 2022. We realise that things are difficult for many of us and it is not without regret that we have taken this decision. Studio costs have continued to rise and they have taken a sharp increase since lockdown was lifted. We have done our best to absorb these costs ourselves but now they are significant enough to have to raise our prices. We have tried to keep the increase at a minimum, and will still continue to offer 5 & 10 % off our blocks. Thanks for your understanding & support.
