New booking system and memberships

New booking system Ribbon 

We are so excited to be moving to our new booking system, Ribbon, which will replace Mind Body Online from 20th September. During the transition period from Monday 13th September please do not use Mind Body to book into any appointments or classes that take place after Monday 20th September. This is to enable us to transfer all existing bookings and credits into the new system. We aim to go live with Ribbon on 18th September, so you will be able to book in from that date.

Ribbon has many additional features that will allow us to integrate both our online and in studio offerings.
Some other great features:
  • Book into any online live class and enjoy access to the recording for 48 hours afterwards
  • Coming soon:- Memberships with live online classes and  full 24/7 video library access
  • Dedicated app for easy booking 
  • Text messaging keeping you up to date
  • Improved system for self-booking appointments                       
     
The good news :- All clients details & credits will be transferred automatically into Ribbon.
All you need to do, once you receive your welcome email from Ribbon, is to create a password.

You will need to add your payment details when you make your first purchase (this information is not retained or transferred across by Mind Body).

We hope that you will find Ribbon a much more user friendly booking system. We will offer help & guidance every step of the way. As always please do email any questions or concerns you may have. Please be patient as there will inevitably be a few small hiccups as we transfer over and we will endeavour to keep these to an absolute minimum.

Reminder Online Garuda Barre Workshop Sunday 26 Sept 10-12

A reminder that we have the wonderful Hannah Tindall taking this workshop to introduce you all to the delights of Garuda Barre. Barre obviously has its roots in Ballet but Garuda Barre is a Whole different movement experience. Garuda is an amalgamation of Pilates, Yoga and Dance. It is a whole discipline in itself, incorporating; rollers and chairs to large equipment very like Pilates machines. You only need a chair and a camera to take part and then Hannah will be starting a weekly class on a Friday morning.
