Top news & a big yipeee ... our months of waiting are finally over!
We are transferring to Ribbon on Friday/Saturday this week!
Goodbye Mind Body Online & Hello to Ribbon ... easy booking & viewing your profile/account page!
We ask for your kind patience while the transfer is taking place, and the bedding in period which may throw up a few snags.
It’s a relatively new company and while most systems we require to run our business smoothly are ready to go, there are still some features being designed. For example, the Ribbon Experiences App is available for Apple phones but the android app is coming soon.
Important things to know
- You will receive an email from Ribbon asking you to choose a password to set up your account. Remember you can save it on your phone so it’s one less thing to have to remember!
- How to book :- on our website there is a BOOK button this takes you directly to the timetable where you can log in. There you will find a drop down menu where you can choose the class type, date, time, teacher & online or in studio. http://www.headingleypilates.com
- Using the App: as already mentioned the iPhone app is available for download from the App Store. Search for Ribbon experiences. The android App is coming soon watch out for emails.
- 121s can be booked under appointments, they are making a few alterations so please do contact them, or us if you are having any difficulties. The tech support offered by Ribbon promises to be far more helpful and more available than MBO.
- Changes to online classes:- from now on, you must book ahead of your class & you will then receive an email with the zoom link & password. This changes EVERY time so please do book ahead. It may not be possible to manually send you the link once the class has already started. The good news is you will be automatically sent the recording for up to 48 hours after the class, so if you can’t attend in person you’ve got 2 days to watch the recording.
Once again any issues you’re having, or glitches you found in the system, please do email Ribbon for tech problems and us for anything else.
