Our Pain-Free Living Workshop is on this Sunday 19th January 10-5pm. It is suitable for anyone living with chronic pain.
Discover the common causes for chronic pain and why standard medical approaches don’t work. Learn practical self-help techniques for helping yourself out of pain. A must for beginners and anyone interested in fascia, myofascial release and complementary therapies.
Living Pain Free is an informative and relaxing introduction to the myofascial body, the causes of chronic pain, and simple yet effective self-help techniques.

New Soma Oov class Mondays 7.30pm
We are very excited to be starting a new class called Soma Oov to be taught by Ian Young and combining the delights of both Somatics and the Oov. This class is for you if you are a fan of either discipline or if you are wanting a gentle nurturing class focusing more on release. It's also for you if you have never really got on with the Oov but would like to give it another try in a different way. It will begin on 3rd of February and there will be a workshop the previous day, Sunday 2nd to introduce you to the work. The class can now be booked online and is covered by the usual Pilates Mat/Somatics price and blocks.
New Soma Oov workshop Sunday 2nd Feb
We are really excited to be offering this new workshop on Sunday 2nd February to be taught by Ian Young and combining the delights of two of our favourite things: Somatics and the Oov. The workshop will be gentle and accessible to all and focused on releasing muscular tension. It will also serve as an introduction to the new weekly Monday eve class starting the following day. The class will give you time to really get to experience the combination in a workshop format. The workshop runs from 2-4pm and costs £20. Book online on MBO as usual.
Our Post-Natal Class restarts on Weds 5th Feb 1.45pm
We are delighted to welcome Jenny back from her maternity leave and she will start back with us by taking our Post-Natal Class. BYOB bring your own baby to this class (or leave it with someone and come on your own). The class is focused on learning how to re strengthen and realign the body after pregnancy and labour. Learn techniques to reduce your Diastasi Recti, and re strengthen the pelvic floor. Specialist excercises to develop good posture during feeding and holding baby. After class there is time to have a free cuppa n biscuit whilst chatting and feeding baby in a unhurried safe environment. We'd love it if you could mention it to any mums with babies that you know!
