It has been an amazing three years since Headingley Pilates opened in our lovely light rooftop studio. New Restorative Reformer and Studio Equipment class: First class free!
Following on from the success of our Restorative Reformer class, we are delighted to be bringing you another accessible class open to all, this time to experience the benefits of the full range of the studio equipment, including the Reformer. The class will be taught by Gaynor Coward and starts on Wednesday 9th October at 12.45 with a free class to introduce you to the equipment and then at the same time every week after that and is included in our Reformer block pass. The class is now up on Mind Body and available to book.
