Oov Workshop Wednesday 14 Sept 7-8.30pm 


As we will be adding an additional Monday evening Online Oov class from October, this is a great chance to experience the benefits of the Oov for the first time or to reacquaint yourself and remember how totally fantastic your body feels after an Oov class.
This Oov Workshop will be hybrid with in person teaching with Oovs supplied in Studio or online wherever you are if you have an Oov.

If you have never tried an Oov before come to the Studio from 6.30pm to get settled in and find the right size for you.

Memberships Reminder

Now that you have had a chance to look at our new memberships, just a few reminders about how they can work for you:
  • You can buy a membership at any time but you will NOT be charged until you book into your first class 
  • Please use up your remaining blocks first.
  • The new timetable with extra classes starts from 3rd October
  • Your membership is 38 weeks of live teaching BUT you wont miss out recordings will be played at that same time in the other weeks
  • (Excluding Xmas & Easter) 
  • Only pay for 38 weeks!
