Due to high demand we have added another Free Group Reformer orientation on Sunday 1st September at 1pm. Book online on Mind Body as usual. You will need to pay to book in but this will be refunded when you purchase your next class. Attendance is restricted to those who have not attended a Reformer class at the Studio before.
New Restorative Reformer Class starting Thursday 5th September
Our new gentle Restorative Reformer class starts on 5th September at 11.30am. It is booking up fast, so do get yourself booked in if this appeals to you. If you've been concerned that Reformer could be too hard for you then this is your chance and if you haven't done Reformer with us before then why not book on to the FREE Group Reformer Orientation?

Tuesday 6.30pm (Reformer and Studio Equipment Circuit - for experienced Pilates clients only), 7.30pm and 8.30pm
