Self-nurturing at home retreat
Design your best retreat by choosing half day or whole day to enjoy all your favourite sessions. Full details and booking to follow!
The day will include Pilates with small props, Somatic Yoga, Dru Yoga & Mindful Self Compassion meditation & Hanna Somatics. There will also be a Neil's Yard DIY facial, (you will receive some samples through the post) you will be guided through a DIY facial using their wonderful products.
Treat yourself to a blissful day of retreating from the world, relaxing into your best self & giving to charity at the same time! We will be giving all our profits to Wheatfields hospice.

Planned Studio Reopening on 12th April ... 121s & family groups
We are keeping everything crossed that we will be able to reopen on Monday 12th April. Leeds City Council have confirmed that this can only be for 121s and household groups, so for now that’s not for group exercise classes. However our mat classes will continue online on Zoom as usual!
So if you are DESPERATE to get back on the equipment or have never tried 121s before, this could be your BIG chance!
