Let the Summer holidays begin!!!
Well done to everyone on their dedication to their wellbeing this year. We have a few notices to make the Summer holiday season pass smoothly & a few treats in store for September.
Please be aware of the temporary changes to the timetable over the summer. Please check Mindbody to see if your regular class is running and if its not, why not take this opportunity to try a different class? Please book in beforehand to let us know that you are coming, so that we can cancel any classes that are not sufficiently well attended.
There will be some cover teachers working over the Summer, so do remember if you have a health issue then please inform the cover teacher so that we can keep you safe!
We are delighted to introduce Julie Carter as a new instructor at the Studio. Julie is a new Polestar Mat teacher and she will be covering some Wednesday evening Mat classes over the summer.

New Restorative Reformer Class coming soon on Thursdays 11.30am
From September we will be starting a new Restorative Reformer class, which will be accessible to all and will be a mix of Somatics, Pilates and The Franklin Method. A sort of Franki Somalates!
So if you have never tried Reformer before or have found it too challenging then this is your golden opportunity to access the amazing benefits of using spring resistance in a gentle and restorative way, to feel long, re-balanced and fab-u-lous!
Free Reformer Orientation Class
Our next Group Reformer Orientation class will be on Sunday 1st September at 11.30am.
These group orientation classes are always very popular, so you will need to act quickly to secure a place. Book as usual on Mindbody. They are free but we do now ask for payment upfront to hold your place and this will be refunded after you attend the class. The class is only open to anyone who has not previously attended a Reformer class at the Studio.
Height Measure
We now have a new height measure for the Studio so that you can all see the proof of just how much taller you really are after each visit to our magical Studio. It should be installed ready for use very soon!
