Introducing Hannah Tindall
It’s our greatest pleasure to welcome Hannah Tindall onto the Headingley Pilates teaching team. Hannah was a client for about 8 years and is now transitioning from Principal Soloist with Northen Ballet to Pilates, Ballet & Garuda Barre teacher. She is such a delightful lovely person, I’m sure you’ll absolutely love her classes. Hannah will be covering some classes for Kath in the first 2 weeks of August and will also be starting a new Garruda Barre class and Reformer Class on Fridays (10am and 11.30am respectively).
Hannah has always sought complimentary training alongside her dance career and is well versed in Pilates, yoga and strength and conditioning training. The flow and body awareness that the Garuda Barre offers is very special and the fact that it is a cardiovascular workout, with the rhythm and line of dance is what makes this method so rewarding.
