We have exciting new developments at the Studio to help meet your anytime anyplace needs! Over the course of the pandemic as we moved to online teaching we recorded many of the classes. We are now working with a new software company called Ribbon to integrate access to the videos alongside booking classes and 121 appointments. Video Library
We will be going live with the video library in early July, so when the studio is closed for the summer break you will still be able to access a whole range of classes so you don't have to stop practicing and maintain those great benefits you've worked so hard to achieve! What this means for you?
Never miss a week ....You can now do a class anytime that suits you, in fact as many extra class on top of your regular class. We are moving away from using Mindbody completely to a new company called Ribbon.
You will use Ribbon to book all your classes, online and in studio as well as 121 appointments. It will all be integrated into our mobile-friendly website. Do I have to do anything?
Ribbon will handle the transfer and all your outstanding credit and bookings/ block payments. This will be done at the time (end of July ish) that we make the switch so you won't need to do anything other than use the new system for future bookings. How will I know when its happening?
Ribbon will email you to open an account, there you will be able to access all your details, see credits etc We will keep you informed of every step of the way but please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any worries or queries.
