We are going online!
From Kath and all the team at Headingley Pilates it is with a very heavy heart that from Tuesday the 24th March, the Studio will be TEMPORARILY closed, following the government announcement that bars, restaurants, and gyms must close.
But you can't get rid of us that easily!
If you have a mobile phone, tablet, or pc/laptop with a camera and an internet connection you will not miss out on our amazing online classes! We understand that online classes can sound strange but once you try it, we promise you will find that it is an amazing compromise, and even 1 hour of escapism in the class will change your whole mood for the day! There will be a bit of time before and after each class to share stories and laugh together to keep our wonderful community connected and sane at this challenging time.

We really appreciate your continued custom and loyalty and hope to still see you online. Its a difficult time for small businesses and we need you to keep us going but we also feel an incredible sense of loyalty to you to keep providing our services to keep you well and healthy. We hope you enjoyed the previous email story about Joe Pilates and the influenza outbreak. Lets take that message and do him proud. We will not be defeated!
Things are changing daily so please continue to look at our timetable on Mindbody and book in to our online classes as normal.
There will be a mix of Somatics, Matwork, Oov and Reformer classes as well as 121s.
In order to facilitate the classes, we will lend out amd deliver where possible, equipment to those who can commit to regularly attend classes. Please get in touch if you would like to borrow an Oov or Reformer.
We will also be doing Pilates Mat and Somatics classes where you won't need anything other than a mat or towel on the floor. If you do have any equipment such as spiky balls, make sure that they are to hand.
We will be using an online system called Zoom which allows us all to see each other and interact. All you need is any kind of device with a camera and microphone, so a Laptop or tablet or a smartphone. Please download Zoom now so you are set up and ready to go well before the class starts.
