We are Zooming along!

We are Zooming along online!

So we’ve started our Zoom classes online & its remarkable how connected you feel to everyone. It really feels like you’re in a class seeing everyone moving, It’s easy to give feedback and support to individuals and it’s nice from time to time for everyone to chat and offload and share their experiences of the class!

I really surprised myself with how well they’ve gone and how natural it feels!
Well done everyone I love that everyone’s gathered together so amazingly well at this difficult time. It must feel a bit like how it was in the war except there is no bombs… Luckily .... Covid 19 will make us stronger as a community!

We've had some great feedback on the classes too:
"Thank you very much for this morning’s Oov class, Kath! I really enjoyed it. As others said at the end of the class, it felt personal. As always, your delivery, explanations, instructions and encouragement were delivered excellently!"

"Hi Kath, thanks that worked brilliantly this morning, and I feel much better for it.Take care and cannot wait for next session."

"Thanks Kath! I thought today was great. Really felt like you were in a class and the way correction was offered felt really supportive."

If anyone would like to do a personal review on Facebook for the online classes that would be great, we'd be very grateful.

We can do this ..... look out for the timetable for next week, we will be changing it regularly just to respond to demand and try to add some variability of times when we’ve settled into it! we will add more classes as the weeks progress, it’s quite a juggle but we can do this.

Keep an eye on emails & our website & MBO we will be adding some free stuff to
our YouTube channel & hopefully will record the Zoom classes so you can play them again!

Take a look at the Youtube channel for our first videos on using spiky ball to mobilise the foot:

More to follow! Once again the free resources will be:

YouTube short videos/warm ups
Zoom recordings from classes

Zoom Tips
A couple of tips when using Zoom. There are 2 main views:
Gallery view - you can see everyone in small boxes
Speaker view - whoever is talking appears in a large box. This will often be the instructor so if you want to see them then this is the best view.
You can also hover over the instructor's box top right and 3 dots appear you can then pin video which will keep that as the main one being shown.

Thank you to everyone for their amazing loyalty & support
Keep calm & keep moving 💗

Kindest wishes
