A day of workshops
Ease yourself gently into the festive spirit with
a day of relaxing movement at the Studio.
All workshops can be booked together or separately on MBO.
The day begins at 10am with a Snowy Somatics session led by Sylvia.
This is followed at 12 noon by a Ho ho ho Oov session with Jenny.
The final class at 2pm is a Festive Franklin Breathing and Relaxation session with Kath.
Refreshments available between the sessions.
The sessions are all longer than our standard class times to allow more time to relax and breathe.
