We'd love you to join us for the opportunity to celebrate Xmas together online. We can't offer to send mulled wine and mince pies down the wire( so you will need to supply those) but we can offer the opportunity to see everyone and connect. If you have something you would like to share with us: a song, a poem or even a joke then please get in touch and we will put you on the list. We will also attempt to sing the 12 days of Xmas like we did at last year's party with us all taking it in turns! If you prefer just to join in and watch and listen that is fine too!

There are still some places left for our FREE class on Sunday. This is our way of saying thank you for all of your support in this very challenging year! Please book in online on MBO in the usual way to reserve your place but if you can't make it to the live class then let us know and we can send a recording. You will not need any special equipment for this class, just a chair and a pillow.
