I have some great news … I’m coming back to Leeds 🙌… ok only for 12 days BUT we will have a feast of movement fun together! 🥰
I’ll be doing 121s & Treatments from my mini Leeds studio on Wednesday 5th & 12th, Thursday 6th & 13th July
A Day retreat .. Sunday 16th July
Come be part of our Day Retreat .. a whole day to reconnect together … to move & stretch & feel great!
Catch up with familiar faces & remind yourself of how lovely light & spacious you can feel, when you use my unique method structure … release, realign & strength.

❤️We will start the day with some embodied movement; reconnecting with our bodies wisdom, breathing exercises to recalibrate our nervous system, gentle movements to unwind our Fascial system. This will stimulate our proprioception, and our interception to create a delicious balance of ease and joyous sensations in ourselves.
❤️We will explore the Franklin Method for our fabulous but rather neglected feet. We will remind ourselves of the anatomy of these incredible structures and we will nourish them with some self massage and specific exercises to make them flexible and strong. This will improve our foot spiral to help improve gait & our whole body movements.
❤️A nourishing lunch will be provided for all … And there will be Cake!!
❤️The afternoon will be all things Oovy. Come and try out some new exercises, fun challenging things to do, using our dear old friend .. The Oov!
