2022 What a year it has been!
I would really like to thank everyone, who has helped & supported us in our transition from Leeds to Kintyre. All the practical help & your overwhelmingly generous gifts (which I put to very good use buying tools & a lovely blue kettle for my wood burner. Ready for when you come to visit!)
And to all of you wonderful, beautiful humans, who have continued to support me on zoom … I so appreciate your loyalty & commitment …. so from my heart I deeply thank you. ❤️
We are slowly settling in to our very different new life up here. The views still take my breath away, but I do miss you all. I didn’t realise how much I’d miss teaching you all in person. But I so loved popping back to Leeds in November to see some of you 🥰
Having said that, thanks to technology, what a treat to be able to continue to catch up regularly & spread the pilates love between Scotland 🏴 & Yorkshire!
I’m already looking forward to my next visit to leeds in the New Year & am open for 121 slots on the 2nd 3rd & 4th of jan! In my wee compact & bijou conservatory studio! The slots are on Momence already and are almost full. So do get in touch directly with me if you have any trouble booking.

Please note ALL classes will continue throughout the Christmas season, they will be accessible as usual but will be pre recorded classes for you to stay calm, centered & feel great. Why not introduce your family to the classes & all lie on the floor together, you don’t need an Oov just a pillow, rolled up towel
or spikey balls! Prevent arguments over monopoly 😂😉 live classes & 121s restart from 9th Jan.
