|Chair Yoga course at the Studio

A course of Chair Yoga classes brought to you by our very own Yin Yoga teacher Mel Hibbert. A combination of seated and standing movement using the support of a chair – May be suitable for those with limited mobility, people who struggle to get down on to a mat, anyone who struggles with balance or people wanting to to ease their way in to movement before trying out mat classes. Flexibility and / or previous Yoga experience not necessary. Classes will include plenty of time to warm-up, seated and standing (optional) movement with the support of a chair, breathwork, short meditation practices and relaxation. All warmly welcomed. Please note that this course has been approved by the council in their ‘prevent falls’ campaign.
