Kath came to Pilates during her career as an Aerial Circus performer. It helped her recover from a back injury thus prolonging her career. Kath has always been fascinated by movement and regularly attends courses to remain at the forefront of cutting-edge movement science.
Jenny has been practising Pilates for over a decade but has been teaching since 2014. Jen is a certified Polestar Pilates instructor, trained in mat work, studio equipment, Oov and Pre and Postnatal Pilates.
