A one-to-one (121) is always the best place to start, especially if you’re coming due to pain, stiffness or a condition that prevents you from moving about your day with ease.
Our experienced trainers can assess your situation and guide you to the best place for you to begin.
If you are relatively free from any aches and pains and you want to improve posture, strength and flexibility then a class could be perfect for you to join. Please note that some classes require an induction before you can begin. These are the Reformer, Studio Equipment and Gym sessions. All these can be booked online via our “book now” link.
