Refresh and Restore Retreat 8-10 Feb 2019
Come and join us for a retreat to give some time for you in the most lovely vegetarian guest house with 80 acres of grounds in the beautiful Lake District near Hawskhead and Ambleside.
Classes will be a mixture of Pilates with Oov, balls, bands, rollers and spine correctors as well as Franklin Method and some meditation and relaxation.
Full cost including all food and accommodation: £295 in twin room sharing or £345 in single room. Non returnable deposit required to secure place.
